I DID RECEIVE MY SHOT GLASSES AND THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I HAVE ALREADY RECOMENDED YOUR COMPANY TO A FEW OF MY FRIENDS WHO WILL BE GETTING MARRIED NEXT SPRING. MY FIANCE AND I HAVE DEICIDED TO ELIMINATE THE WHOLE "CHAMPAGNE TOAST" IDEA. INSTEAD WE ARE GOING TO POUR EVERYONE A MIXED SHOT INTO THESE BEAUTIFUL GLASSES AND DO A SHOT TOAST! WHEN I TOLD MY IDEA TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, THEY LOVED IT!

I EXPECTED A COUPLE OF THE SHOT GLASSES TO ARRIVE BROKEN SINCE THEY ARE GLASS, BUT THE WAY THAT YOU PACKAGE THEM IS SO SECURE THAT NOT ONE OF THEM BROKE! AND I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THAT YOU INCLUDED A FEW EXTRA SHOT GLASSES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, THAT IS SO NICE OF YOU BOTH!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING HONEST AND FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW REFRESHING THAT IS ESPECIALLY NOWADAYS. I WILL DO MY BEST TO PROMOTE YOUR COMPANY TO EVERYONE, EVEN FOR EVENTS OTHER THAN WEDDINGS. MAYBE I WILL EVEN HAVE AN EVENT IN THE NEAR FUTURE WHERE I WILL BE ABLE TO USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT WORD-OF-MOUTH IS, AND I WILL SPREAD THE NEWS WHEN I CAN! THANK YOU AGAIN.

I received the shot glasses today and they are better than I actually expected. I mean I had faith in you guys, but really I had set my expectation level kind of low so I wouldn’t be too disappointed.

But I must ADMIT I do love them very much. The color is great and the actual diameter of glasses is perfect for the candles.

Giant Thanks and Appreciation goes to the entire crew at Hot Shots.

We will indeed let our guest know where we received such great personal service, and professional work.

As for shipping, nothing was damaged and the packing was well done.

We have recieved the wedding glasses and all of them were in perfect condition. We couldn't be more happy with how they came out. At first we were a little skeptical because you are based overseas, but now we will be sure to tell all of our friends about you. Not only did we get our shot glasses all intact and fast, but you were also cheaper than all of the other places we checked on the internet. You guys did an awesome job.

Lynne, we couldn’t have gotten the shot glasses like we did if it weren’t for you and how your willingness to work with us on the design until it’s perfect. Yes we receieved them and they looking incredible. We are very impressed at how quickly and smoothly everything went.
